We may collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp profile name, Instagram handle, the content of your messages, and details you share about your enquiry.
We use it to respond to enquiries, qualify and follow up on leads, send requested information such as cost sheets, and provide support. We send automated qualification messages via WhatsApp.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's privacy policies. We only message users who have contacted us or consented.
